Bad request (e.g., mix of bank accounts or general ledger accounts, or mix of currencies, or non-balanced amounts, or refrences a bank transaction or general ledger entry that is already in a matching group)

Rate limit exceeded. Reduce request frequency and retry after the indicated number of seconds.
