ERR_DIMENSION_ITEM_VALUE_ALREADY_EXISTS) - Dimension is inactive (
ERR_DIMENSION_INACTIVE) - Dimension item is inactive (
ERR_DIMENSION_ITEM_INACTIVE) - Resource is managed by an active accounting integration (
ERR_MANAGED_RESOURCE_IMMUTABLE)
Rate limit exceeded. Reduce request frequency and retry after the indicated number of seconds.
